控制器

采用德國(guó)西門子可編程控制單元，人機(jī)接口使用西門子觸控式高清彩色液晶顯示屏，人性化溝通畫面，內(nèi)建中英文操作畫面、故障排除方法；

本系統(tǒng)可控制12個(gè)吸料站配12種原料(選擇單一料管)或6種原料(選擇共同料管)，可擴(kuò)展為24站配24種原料(選擇單一料管)或12種原料(選擇共同料管)；

根據(jù)補(bǔ)料信號(hào)送達(dá)PLC的先后順序進(jìn)行補(bǔ)料，并顯示等待順序;

具備多重密碼保護(hù)功能，利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)主管人員管理;

原料選料系統(tǒng)配合選料站可供客戶靈活選擇指定的原料。

It adopts German Siemens programmable control unit, the man-machine interface uses Siemens touch-sensitive high-definition color LCD screen, humanized communication screen, built-in Chinese and English operation screen, and troubleshooting methods;

This system can control 12 suction stations with 12 kinds of raw materials (select a single tube) or 6 kinds of raw materials (select a common tube), and can be expanded to 24 stations with 24 kinds of raw materials (select a single tube) or 12 kinds of raw materials ( Choose common material pipe);

Replenish materials according to the order in which the replenishment signal is sent to the PLC, and display the waiting sequence;

It has multiple password protection functions and is managed by on-site supervisors;

The raw material selection system cooperates with the selection station to allow customers to flexibly select the specified raw materials.
